The 2XQuisite name was originated by Edwin Rivera, a Graffiti Artist in the early ’90s whose passion for fashion and design started when he was young. Edwin went to FIDM in San Francisco and continued to follow his love for creating art as a Conceptual Artist.

Edwin teamed up with Angel Viray, a Coordinator and Production Manager, who worked under the tutelage of Mindstyle and POP Life COO, MD Young. Angel coordinated the events for Comic-Con and produced art shows for artists like Michael Lau, Ron English, and Futura. As a production manager, he worked for notable companies like Valve's Dota 2 and Toycon. With Angel's leadership and rapport with the industry, he was able to lead the production of licensed merchandise for several brands like Warner Brothers, DC Comics, Marvel, Disney, and Capcom.

Together with Edwin’s method of art and Angel’s vision to help individuals bring their ideas into reality, 2XQuisite Designs was born.
